This is an article I found about a 23 year old woman who actually won $1 million from the Monopoly peel off game at McDonalds. This is the first time i have ever heard of anyone winning which means it can actually happen. I always thought it was just an advertising scam to get customers to buy more food. I think that with someone actually winning the grand prize it will create a buzz around McDonalds and even more people will begin to play.

I agree with you, I used to play that game and I could never win anything better than a breakfast sandwich, even when we pooled together everybody's stamps. I find it very interesting that she found both stamps necessary on the same cup. You would think they would split the stickers up.
ReplyDeleteIt is almost as if it were rigged so that there was a winner and people wouldn't think it was a hoax. Maybe McDonald's did it on purpose so they had a winner for certain to make everyone think it is possible for someone to win
