This article shows just another way that companies are cracking down on piracy in the entertainment business. Although they somehow know who is "modding" their xbox, they are only banning them from playing online, and not taking legal action against them for pirated games and downloads.

Well, I have to agree with Microsoft on this one. Hey, people should be happy that they are just banned from xbox live and MS is not taking legal action against them. I see nothing wrong with what MS is doing and agree with them, they have a way of preventing piracy and therefor are using it to protect their product. Once again, people just should be glad that they can still play there xbox and aren't fined.
