Internet Laws

http://mikeyounglaw.com/wp/2009/09/01/online-harassment-texas-internet-law/

If you read this closely, it isn't a particularly bad law. There's just the part where you can't give out someone else's information without their consent...

"(b) A person commits an offense if the person sends an
electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar
communication that references a name, domain address, phone number,
or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:"

If I ever live in Texas, I will be breaking that law at one time or another... and not for malicious purposes. I can see this being taken out of context and useless lawsuits being thrown around.
